Our team has solved a variety of high impact problems from reducing the cost of access of solar energy in emerging economies, developing indoor tracking systems using commodity WiFi devices, to designing some of the most complex 360 degree cameras for high end VR cinematography.

 

 
Ando has designed some of the most innovative hardware on the planet & has built his work around enabling storytellers by developing tools for them. The 360 camera systems he’s designed have been used for creating avant-garde VR content for clients such as AMD. His work as a VR Technical Director has won accolades for clients such as Samsung, and win at Cannes Film Festival for narrative VR storytelling. Marine Biologists were able to accurately tell the story of the lives of manta rays in Mozambique as a result of his work on underwater camera traps & identification software.

Shaun has a PhD in Electrical Engineering from UCLA and excels in solving large, difficult problem sets by deciphering them at their root. He is a tracking systems expert having developed the first commercially available, high accuracy Wi-Fi based tracking technology.  He holds multiple patents and papers in scientific journals in this space. He has most recently developed machine learning algorithms to predict traffic flows in the world’s largest and most complex network at Amazon Web Services. He has been an avid gamer all his life and frequently brings this insight into the building the blocks that make amazing multiplayer experiences possible.

He has designed the fastest inkjet printer on the planet, built counterfeit prevention technologies that enabled highly valuable goods and sensitive documents to be traced securely worldwide, and developed laser tracking systems for use on the battlefield. He has published numerous journal papers and patents for widely varied applications from fundamental physics to commercial products.

Josh has built a reputation for his methodical development methods and consistent customer centricity in pursuit of high quality end-experiences.
